OPTION+ ANTI-NAUSEA WRISTBAND

For best results, it is recommended to wear a wristband on each wrist before and during the duration of travel. Precise positioning of the wristband may improve results.

1. Place the wristband over the wrists with the plastic button facing the inside of the wrist.
   
2. Find the acupressure points on each wrist by applying three fingers across the wrist, starting from the crease at the bottom of the hand.
   
3. Locate the two tendons that run parallel to each other in the wrist with your index finger. The button on the wristband should be centered here.
