ACTICOAT 7 dressing consists of five layers: two layers of abosorbent rayon/polyester between three layers of silver-coated, low adherent polyethylene net. ACTICOAT 7 is an absorbent wound dressing that helps to maintain a moist environment at the wound surface. The antimicrobial barrier properties of ACTICOAT 7 remain effective for a minimum of 7 days.
