What shipping methods are available?

If you live in the City of Calgary limits, you may select from 4 shipping methods: 1. Pickup at our Foothills location - #100, 1620 29th Street NW 2. Local delivery (FREE with purchase for orders over $50.00) 3. Canada Post standard 4. Canada Post expedited All other orders are available to ship via either Canada Post standard or expedited. Shipping fees apply and are quoted at the time of check out. For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business day to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.

Do you ship Internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Canada. For international order inquiries, please contact info@kenron.ca.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option from your account.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team is committed to processing your order as soon as possible. For in stock items, your order will be processed on the following business day and eligible for next day delivery (local orders only). If the item is not in stock, add 1-3 business days. We will contact you if any items on your order are back-ordered.

For non-local orders, Canada Post guidelines are 3 business days within Alberta, and 4 business days nationally.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted on unopened, resalable merchandise within 15 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept any returns on sterile products or prescriptions. To initiate a return, please email info@kenron.ca with your order number. A member of our customer service team will contact you with more details.
