If you live in the City of Calgary limits, you may select from 4
shipping methods: 1. Pickup at our Foothills location - #100, 1620 29th
Street NW 2. Local delivery (FREE with purchase for orders over $50.00)
3. Canada Post standard 4. Canada Post expedited All other orders are
available to ship via either Canada Post standard or expedited. Shipping
fees apply and are quoted at the time of check out. For remote
locations, please add an additional 2-5 business day to each shipping
method’s expected delivery time.

At the moment, we only ship within Canada. For international order inquiries, please contact info@kenron.ca.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option from your account.

Our team is committed to fulfilling your order as soon as possible. If the items you ordered are in stock, local delivery is possible next business day. Out of stock items require an additional 1-3 business days, and you will be contacted if any items on your order are back-ordered.

Any order placed after 12 P.M. MT will be processed the following business day. For items delivered via Canada Post according to their guidelines should take about 3 business days in Alberta, 4 business days for national mail.

Returns are accepted on unopened, resalable merchandise within 15 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept any returns on sterile products or prescriptions. To initiate a return, please email info@kenron.ca with your order number. A member of our customer service team will contact you with more details.
